Product information
Our store offers beauty, skincare and personal care products as described in individual listings. Ingredients, quantity, size, intended use, warnings and any product-specific restrictions should be checked before purchase. Cosmetic products are not presented as a substitute for diagnosis or medical treatment. No particular cosmetic result is guaranteed unless a specific, substantiated commitment is expressly offered.
Prices and payment
Review the displayed currency, item price, discounts, shipping charge, taxes collected by us and final payable total before payment. Available payment methods are the methods actually offered at checkout. We do not add undisclosed handling or service charges after you pay. Import charges not collected by us are addressed in the Shipping Policy. Promotions apply only under their stated conditions.
Order acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automatic receipt confirms that the request reached us; acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation or expressly confirm acceptance earlier. We may seek clarification or decline an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, failed payment, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error. We will inform you and promptly return captured funds if we do not accept the order. We will not substitute a different item or increase an agreed price without your agreement.
Changes and cancellation
Email service@orenviao.com as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. A cancellation is available while the order has not entered fulfillment and can still be stopped. Once fulfillment has started, we will check whether interception remains possible; dispatch normally prevents cancellation. We charge no separate cancellation fee when a cancellation is accepted. Cancelled order payments are refunded to the original payment method. If cancellation is no longer possible, eligible goods may be returned under the Return Policy. This does not restrict legal cancellation rights for delayed or unfulfilled orders.
Delivery and after sales service
The Shipping Policy explains preparation, transit, fees and delivery problems. The Return Policy provides a 30-calendar-day return request window beginning on delivery, eligibility rules and allocation of return costs. A damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed item is reviewed separately from a change-of-mind return; mandatory remedies remain available.
Order records and legal rights
Keep your confirmation email and receipt. The terms and policies presented for an accepted order govern that order unless a change is agreed or required by law. The governing law and mandatory consumer protections described in the Terms of Service also apply to purchases.
