The operating company is responsible for the personal information described in this policy and acts as data controller where that concept applies. This policy covers browsing the store, ordering, customer service and store-related communications.

Information provided by you

We receive information you submit, including your name, contact details, delivery and billing addresses, purchases, account details and support correspondence. A return or delivery enquiry may include photographs or information you voluntarily provide. Do not send medical records or full card numbers to customer service. Payment providers process card or other payment credentials; we ordinarily receive payment status and transaction information rather than full card details.

Device and transaction information

Shopify and other providers involved in operating the store may process IP addresses, device and browser characteristics, pages visited, referring links, cookie identifiers and interaction records. Payment, fraud-prevention and logistics providers may supply transaction status, risk indicators, tracking and delivery updates. The categories actually collected depend on the tools enabled and your choices.

Purposes and legal grounds

We use information to process orders, take payment, deliver products, manage accounts, answer enquiries and handle returns. We also use appropriate information for security, fraud prevention, recordkeeping and legal obligations. Our operating company is in China. Shopify and other providers may process information in China and other countries where their systems operate. Where applicable, we apply the safeguards required for international transfers; contact us for information relevant to your data. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including order fulfillment, complaints, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and applicable requirements. When no longer needed, information is deleted, anonymized or securely restricted as appropriate.

Security and children

We use reasonable organizational and technical measures appropriate to the information handled. No online transmission or storage method is completely risk-free. The store is intended for adult shoppers and is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided information inappropriately, contact us so we can assess and remove it where required.

Your rights and requests
